I Was Delighted With My New Motorcycle, And I Felt That I Would Need To Look At Some Motorcycle Trailers

by Kermit O. Morphis

All of my life I have dreamed of being able to own my very own custom made motorcycle and take to the road with it, and I found myself astonished when I actually bought one, but I realized I needed to begin looking into motorcycle trailers. I had spent so long simply trying to convince my wife to let me get a motorcycle, that I had never thought about the logistics of transporting a motorcycle. We were planning a family vacation to Arizona and I knew I would want to take the motorcycle out for some joy rides while we were there, but didn't necessarily want to drive it all the way across the country.

I remembered that when I needed a trailer to help me with my landscaping business, I had found a wonderful place not too far from me that sold solid, sturdy trailers for a good price. I pulled up their website and discovered that not only did they have motorcycle trailers, but they had both flatbed and enclosed options for me to look at. I read everything I could about the trailers on the website, but I knew that I needed to take a look at them in person before I could pick one.

The following weekend, I jumped in my truck and drove up to the trailer lot. While I was there, I checked out all of the different options and tried to find which of the motorcycle trailers I should buy. The enclosed trailers were really nice, and they would offer more protection for my motorcycle, but the cost was quite a bit greater, and I was convinced that my motorcycle could handle a bit of dust and weather.

I had been thinking about growing my business, and I knew I would need another dump trailer, so I stopped to take a look at the dump trailers they offered. After a little more deliberation, I went back to the motorcycle trailers and made a final decision and picked a flatbed model trailer which was priced perfectly. A few weeks later, when my wife and I were getting ready to head out on our summer vacation, I put my motorcycle on the trailer, hitched it up, and we were set to go.

We spent many days on the road, driving across the country, and whenever we would stop somewhere along the way, I would get out my motorcycle to take a little joy ride. When my wife was occupied shopping, I hit the road and explored, feeling the wind on my face and the smell of freedom on the breeze.
